Executive Assistant to CEO (Guangzhou, China)

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree or above, in Architecture, Design or other relevant subjects from a top Chinese university or a reputable overseas university

* Fluent English in both oral and written, proficiency of using computer and other IT tools;

* 5-year or above experience with top executive;

* Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong time management and organization skills

* Mature, independent, and positive working attitude. Able to work under pressure

* Able to travel domestically and internationally with short notice

Professional and Personal Skills:

*Assist CEO to achieve CEO office’s mission by coordination with various departments and partners, and accomplish company’s operation and development goal and key objectives

*Supporting CEO by taking a leading role in the function and operation of CEO office

*Support and work with CEO to produce regular business reports and other formal documents to corresponding recipients
